This blog/website main purpose is to give people a better understanding of health and fitness and how to get positive results without any confusion. Knowledge is power and most of them are based on ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). I'm a student like other websites that talks about health and fitness. I gather knowledge based on ACSM, not personal opinions. The philosophy is health and fitness should be fun, safe, and effective to give you great benefits of physical activity or exercise. There have been sources where science is not there so this site builds on science and facts from ACSM. Although I will provide information based on personal experience that are relevant for the blog content. In addition, I will add information from various sources for reliable information.
