Your Main Message

This blog/website's main purpose is to give people a better understanding of health and fitness and how to get positive results without any confusion. Knowledge is power and most of them are based on ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). I'm a student like other websites that talk about health and fitness. I gather knowledge based on ACSM, not personal opinions. The philosophy is health and fitness should be fun, safe, and effective to give you great benefits of physical activity or exercise. There have been sources where science is not there so this site builds on science and facts from ACSM. Although I will provide information based on personal experience that is relevant for the blog content. Also, I will add information from various sources for reliable information.

 

I also incorporate spirituality into the blog to help you how to grow your faith stronger with God and Jesus Christ. Spirituality is equally as important as your mental and physical health.

 

I like to add variety for this blog to become more engaging than just health and fitness talk.
